The Samobi Block is an Interlocking Construction Block or Modular Concrete Block with approved International Patents in the U.S.A., Philippines and Mexico.

Interlocking Design

Tongue-and-groove features provide interlocking stability. Blocks simply stack and bolt — no mortar, no plaster, no specialized labor needed.

How It Works

  1. Prepare the molds — Place polyurethane Samobi Block Molds on a stable surface. Apply release agent.
  2. Set reinforcement — Place cross bars, tie wire at the intersection. Secure mold in wooden brace.
  3. Pour and cure — Mix concrete, pour slowly. Apply vibration. Demold after 16 hours.
  4. Stack and secure — Bring blocks to jobsite. Stack using tongue-and-groove interlocking. Secure with bolts, nuts, or welding.
